We are a Newcastle based commercial product photography studio, specialising in creating digital product images and packshots for: Websites & Shopping Carts - Online Auctions - Catalogues & Brochures - TV Commercials - Product Image Libraries.

ie. 2 items = $36 + $50 setup. Total = $86

- All prices are exclusive of GST.
- Prices are for table top products (generally smaller than a basket ball).
- We reserve the right to adjust prices for large products or products required complicated lighting setups.

Please fill out the order form at the bottom of this page.
We will contact you to confirm we have received your order form.
3. Payment
50% deposit required prior we start the job. Balance is due on your approval of the images. Full payment must be received before delivery of final images. We accept credit card ( MasterCard & Visa Card via Paypal), direct deposit & company cheque payment. (cheques must be cleared before we start your job)
4. Sending Products
Carefully pack your product, include a copy of your order form, (and 50% deposit if paying by cheque) send to:

When products arrives in our studio, we will contact you and let you know the approx. turnaround time for your order.
5. Taking Photo
We take photos of your products in our photography studio then process and edit in our post-processing studio.
6. Proofing
We will send you a set of low resolution images for your approval. If you are not happy with any images, we will re-shoot (one re-shoot is free for each product) and send you another proof.
7. Final Payment
Once you have approved all images, we will send you an invoice and full payment is required before delivery
8. Delivery
We will send you a set of web images by email and all images on a CD or DVD by post.
9. Returning of products
You can then arrange courier to collect your products.

We turnaround most jobs within 3-7 working days, depending on our workload and the volume of your order.
2. How are images delivered?
We'll e-mail all web images to you then post a CD/DVD with all images including web & hi-resolution images.
3. How are products returned?
We prefer that you arrange to pick up the products.
4. What about the right to use the photo?
You have the full right to use the images once you paid for them. You can use whenever and as much as you want.
5. What is the background option?
We shoot most of our products on seamless white or natural grey background. If you need something photographed on a different type or colour background please contact us to discuss your project.
6. What kind of products can you photograph?
We are specialist in tabletop product photography. Please contact us if you are unsure about this.
7. What file formats do you provide?
We provide JPEG for all images, but we can also provide PDF & TIFF if you request so in your order.
8. What resolution will my photos be?
The default web image resolution is 400 x 600 pixel 72 dpi, and hi-resolution images is about A4 size in 300 dpi.
