Terms & Conditions
- Set up and take down time must be within your timeframe to avoid extra cost.
- You are responsible for your own lighting set ups and set changes, if you require the studio to assist or do this on your behalf it is chargeable.
- Glamour Studios nor Stephen Wark Photography can be held responsible for the late arrival or failure of models to attend bookings.
Booking
A deposit of 50% of the studio hire fee is required at the time of booking, e.g. Full Day booking deposit will be $180.00 and the balance will be payable at the end of the shoot
Method of Payment
Cash. Cheques will only be accepted if delivered more then 14 days before studio hire date.
Cancellation Charge 50% of your booking fee will be charged as an administration fee, if you cancel 72 hours prior to your shoot you will loose the whole booking fee unless we can rehire the studio
Breakages and damages
Any damage to the studio and equipment will be the responsibility of the person hiring the studio and will be payable at the end of the shoot.
Public Liability
Public Liability Insurance is completely the responsibility of the Photographer or person hiring the studio to ensure cover for accidents to Crew, Assistants, Models, Staff, and Team whilst on the premises of Glamour Studios.
Health and Safety
Glamour Studios or Stephen Wark Photography will not under any circumstances be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident or damage caused by the person hiring the studio nor any person involved in the shoot or guest present in relation to the hirer whilst on the premises of Glamour Studios.
Equipment Hire Charge
9 ft wide Colorama Background Paper Roll in Black, Grey, Blue is charged at £9 per meter if damaged or dirtied (e.g. foot prints, creases). Other colours can be brought in at $150 per roll.
